After blowing everyone away with his performance in Padmavati, Ranveer Singh is now quite in demand. He has a series of projects lined up, including Simmba, Gully Boy and '83.
Not just this, Ranveer will perform at the 11th Edition of the Indian Premier League on April 7. According to a report in Hindustan Times, he will be paid Rs 5 crore for his 15 minute performance.
"He will be shaking a leg for about 15 minutes, but the organising team was always clear that they wanted Ranveer as a performer and that's why he has been offered such a huge amount," an insider said.
Ranveer is always known to give electrifying performances, and leave his audience spellbound.
On the work front, Ranveer is now busy with his film Gully Boy with Alia Bhatt, where he plays the role of a Mumbai rapper, who achieves fame through his songs. It is based on the real story of rappers, Shankar Nag GM and Naezy.
He is also preparing for Rohit Shetty's Simmba, a commercial entertainer. The film will hit screens on December 28.
